Multi-Stakeholder Initiatives

At The Dialogue, we recognise the importance of collaborative governance in addressing complex challenges in technology and public policy. Our multi-stakeholder platforms are designed to convene actors across sectors—governments, academia, industry, and civil society—to co-create informed, inclusive, and forward-looking policy solutions.

Through these platforms, we facilitate structured dialogue, produce evidence-based research, and support consensus-building on key issues such as artificial intelligence, online safety, digital governance, cybersecurity, and international cooperation.

The Coalition for Responsible Evolution of AI (CoRE-AI) is India’s leading multi-stakeholder alliance focused on advancing responsible artificial intelligence governance. Convened and hosted by The Dialogue, CoRE-AI brings together over 40 institutions—spanning academia, technology companies, startups, civil society organisations, and think tanks.

The coalition provides a platform for dialogue, interdisciplinary research, and stakeholder coordination to support the development of India’s AI governance frameworks. Through its work, CoRE-AI promotes safe, inclusive, and transparent AI policies aligned with democratic values.
